Duties of a Maintenance Supervisor
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead the maintenance team, ensuring that PMs are undertaken as scheduled while managing breakdown situations. This role requires experience supporting plant and equipment within manufacturing, process, or production environments.
Requirements of a Maintenance Supervisor
You must have proven experience in undertaking planned and reactive maintenance on plant and equipment, including CNC applications, robot cells, or PLC controls.
You should either currently hold a supervisory position or have a lead maintenance role with exposure to managing PM activities, issuing permits, organizing contractors, and mentoring apprentices.
Hold either City & Guilds or NVQ accreditation within Electrical or Mechanical disciplines and be apprentice trained.
The Maintenance Supervisor role is commutable from Aldridge, Brownhills, and Walsall.
