The role involves managing client queries, coordinating deliveries, processing sales orders in SAP, and producing monthly dashboards. - Manage client queries, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Coordinate deliveries with logistics and hauliers.
- Enter sales orders and confirmations in SAP.
- Process goods receipts and invoices.
- Issue pricing reports in collaboration with the Area Business Manager.
- Document claims in Salesforce for resolution tracking.
- Deliver monthly sales dashboards and analyses.

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales Support Advisor to join an established, industry leading international organisation based in central London.

- Managing and prioritising client queries with prompt acknowledgement and resolution
- Working closely with Logistics and haulier to organise and optimize deliveries of products
- Responsible for entering sales orders and confirmations in SAP
- Excel and SAP
- Raising credit & debit notes
- Goods receipts and invoices processing
- Issuing weekly & monthly pricing working closely with Area Business Manager
- Record claims in Salesforce towards achieving 100% resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Delivery of monthly dashboard (sales/volumes, customer service analysis) during monthly business reviews
- In line with company's roadmap, embrace 'right the first time' culture
You will be a motivated Sales Support Advisor with fantastic communication skills and have prior experience within a similar position. The successful Sales Support Advisor should have strong relationship building, organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
