About the Role

As an Employment Lawyer, you will manage a diverse caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advising individuals and corporate clients across a range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling a broad range of employment matters including disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, TUPE, discrimination, and unfair dismissal claims
  • Representing clients in tribunal proceedings where required
  • Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, contracts of employment, and HR policies
  • Providing day-to-day employment advice to HR professionals, SMEs, and larger organisations
  • Supporting the firm’s business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships
Requirements
  • A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in Employment Law
  • Experience handling both claimant and respondent matters
  • Strong advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills
  • Commercially aware with a proactive approach to client care
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
