Supply Teacher (QTS) - Secondary Schools (Redditch)

Salary: £160-£180 per day (depending on experience)

Location: Secondary Schools across Redditch

Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Day-to-day cover

Aspire People are looking for experienced Qualified Teachers (QTS) to provide day‑to‑day or long‑term supply cover in secondary schools across Redditch. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and ensuring students achieve their full potential.

• Deliver engaging lessons in your specialist subject area
• Follow existing lesson plans or adapt materials as needed
• Manage student behaviour and maintain a productive classroom
• Report on student progress and any issues to the school
• Support school staff with administrative tasks as required

We are seeking teachers with:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in secondary schools
• A strong track record in your subject area
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Flexibility to cover different year groups or subjects as needed

• Confident and adaptable teaching style
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Ability to build rapport with students and staff
