About the Role:

As a Supply Teacher with Aspire People, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of secondary schools in the Walsall area. Your role will involve delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring that students remain engaged in their learning. You will have the flexibility to work on your own terms, whether you are looking for full-time, part-time, or flexible supply work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering lessons in a range of subjects across the secondary curriculum
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively and ensuring a positive learning environment
  • Supporting students of various abilities and encouraging their academic development
  • Reporting any concerns or issues to the school's leadership team

About You:

  • Hold a QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or be working towards it
