Pay Rate: £162 – £232 per day (depending on experience)

The Role
  • Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons for students with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and more
  • Work closely with the SENCO and other team members to create tailored learning strategies and support individual learning needs
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement and progress
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed
  • Support the emotional and social development of students in a nurturing setting
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working with children with Special Educational Needs
  • Expertise in adapting lessons for students with varying needs and abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with staff, parents, and external professionals
  • A patient, empathetic approach with a passion for helping children succeed in a SEN environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the broader school community to support students' individual growth
