A financial advisory firm in the UK is seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join their discretionary investment management team. The role involves managing portfolios and contributing to client segmentation for HNW clients. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of relevant experience and a strong desire for responsibility and autonomy. This position offers flexibility in location, with options for remote work.

My client is an Independent Financial Advisory firm specialising in financial planning across Pensions, Investments & Retirement Planning, with eight Financial Planners and a growing assets under management.
- Join and contribute to the discretionary investment management function on the committee and broader team.
- Manage the company’s portfolios on a discretionary basis, with access to suitably qualified internal and external analysis.
- Support the transition of client segmentation from basic Financial Planning to Discretionary Fund Management for HNW clients within one of seven Discretionary Managed Model Portfolios.
- Qualified Investment Manager with 2–3 years of experience.
- Experience from a known Investment Management firm.
- Desire to gain more responsibility, control, or autonomy.
- Based in Leeds or Huddersfield, or remotely; London-based candidates will also be considered.
Package is largely dependent on the selected candidate.
