A leading restaurant group is seeking a dynamic front-of-house leader to join their talented team. In this role, you will work closely with the GM to ensure exceptional service, mentor staff, and manage financial aspects, creating a positive work culture. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Qualifications
- Experience as AGM or GM in a quality, fast-paced restaurant (£80k+ turnover).
- Strong background in both kitchen and bar delivery.
- Ability to inspire and develop team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth service.
- Mentor team members and maintain high standards.
- Manage P&L, rotas, and financial metrics.

The Role
