General Manager - The Royal Forest, Epping Forest

Our fifth Pub with Rooms opened in Epping Forest in November, and we have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced General Manager to join our team at this new location. The site features a 150-cover dining room, additional bar seating for 95, a beautiful garden with over 100 covers, and 31 boutique bedrooms.

Ideal Candidate for General Manager

• Minimum of 3 years GM experience
• Charismatic presence and vibrant personality
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• A team player who motivates and empowers staff
• Experience managing busy operations and large teams
• High standards across all business areas
• Commercial and financial acumen
• Proven track record in business growth, budgeting, and staff retention
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure during busy service times
