Chef de Partie. Our client, a busy Pub with rooms is recruiting a Chef de Partie to complete the brigade. This is a well established business which has a changing menu offering daily specials as well as a Seasonal British Menu using all fresh food. The role is for a chef de partie who wants to cook good food as part of a hard working team.
