Qualifications

Senior Sous Chef – Full Time, Permanent

Central Brighton, 10 minutes from the train station
Monday to Friday, no evenings
£19.31 per hour

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join a busy, high volume kitchen in central Brighton. This is a full time, permanent role offering an excellent work life balance with weekday shifts only.

The role
  • Supporting the Head Chef with day to day kitchen operations
  • Leading and motivating the kitchen team in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation
  • Ensuring food safety, hygiene and compliance at all times
About you
  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef
  • Comfortable working in a high volume kitchen
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Passionate about fresh food and high standards
