A prestigious motorsport hospitality company in Silverstone is looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team. You will be responsible for creating and implementing an award-winning food experience, managing a team of at least 15 staff, and ensuring the highest standards of service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' leadership experience in a distinctive restaurant. The Head Chef at Escapade leads our kitchen brigade in delivering a unique luxury lifestyle experience. By building and maintaining the Escapade culture and service standards – the Head Chef will lead the department to commercial and brand success.
The Clubhouse will consist of a modern international grill restaurant and bar destination concept, In Residence Dining delivery service and a pop-up roof deck ready for year-round activations.

These outlets are YOURS – you will display business acumen, commercial expertise and a drive to achieve business results. You will be revenue driven and will take all efforts to protect revenue and management costs.
