A leading food service company in Brighton is seeking a Senior Sous Chef for a full-time, permanent position. You will support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, lead a motivated team, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. The role offers an excellent work-life balance with weekday shifts, ensuring no evening work. Candidates should have previous sous chef experience and a passion for fresh food and high culinary standards.
Central Brighton, 10 minutes from the train station
Monday to Friday, no evenings
£19.31 per hour
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join a busy, high volume kitchen in central Brighton. This is a full time, permanent role offering an excellent work life balance with weekday shifts only.
Supporting the Head Chef with day to day kitchen operations
Leading and motivating the kitchen team in a fast paced, high volume environment
Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation
Ensuring food safety, hygiene and compliance at all times
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef
Comfortable working in a high volume kitchen
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Passionate about fresh food and high standards
