Waking Nightshift Care Assistant
Job summary
A private care provider is seeking a Waking Night Position caregiver to provide 1-to-1 care for a client with complex needs in Dunfermline. This role offers part-time and full-time options at a rate of £13.35 per hour. Previous experience is not essential, as full training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Provide 1-to-1 care for a client with complex needs.
- Support client in living independently.
- Work flexible hours and shifts.
Waking Night Position (PT & FT available)
£13.35 per hour
1-to-1 care based in Dalgety Bay
Previous experience not essential
Full training provided
PVG required if successful
Drivers license preferred but not essential
- Shift contracts on offer are between 2 and 4 days a week. Working pattern can be discussed, as can contract hours.
- Some flexibility is required to cover for holidays and absences, but as much notice as possible will be given – usually a month's notice – with overtime sometimes being offered.
- Hours and shifts can be discussed at interview if candidates have any specific requirements or preferences.
- Shifts for this position can start as early as 9pm and finish as late as 9am.
- Shifts usually vary between 8 hour, 10 hour and 12 hour shifts.
Client has complex care needs. The client has a tracheostomy and uses a ventilator. Previous experience and knowledge would be ideal but not essential as all training will be provided on site.
Looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is reliable, confident and can aid the client living independently.
