Overview

We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Coventry (CV3) area.

You'll be providing compassionate care and support to our female client with a range of individual needs including Down's Syndrome, moderate learning disability, Type 2 respiratory failure, diabetes, hypothyroidism, COPD, sleep apnoea and anxiety. She also requires assistance with transfers using a Zimmer frame and occasional suction. Despite her health challenges, she is warm, engaging, and enjoys activities such as games, music, and puzzles. This role is an opportunity to make a real difference to her quality of life by offering patience, encouragement, and holistic support tailored to her needs.

Shifts
  • 7am-2:30pm - Monday to Sunday
  • 2:30pm-10pm - Monday to Sunday
  • 10pm-7am - Waking nights - Monday to Sunday
  • Rolling rota is available
  • Alternate Weekends

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
