A dynamic marketing agency based in the UK is seeking a Head of Sales to take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from outreach to closing. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in an agency or consulting environment, with a solid track record in closing deals. This role offers a part-time engagement along with commission on closed deals, and the opportunity to shape sales strategies in a growing agency setup.
We are a small growth marketing agency helping eCommerce and SaaS brands scale through paid media, funnels and performance strategy.
Sales have so far been handled directly by the CEO. We are now looking for one senior sales professional to take ownership of sales execution and help grow the agency.
We are hiring a Head of Sales to run sales end-to-end, from first contact to closing.
This is a high-ownership role. You are expected to actively drive opportunities forward, structure the sales motion, and close deals independently. You will work closely with the CEO, but you will own the sales execution.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, selling, and closing, not waiting for perfect conditions.
