  • Guide and mentor the finance team, establishing clear priorities, coordinating workload across FP&A and accounting, and fostering a high‑performing, collaborative environment.

  • Own the company's forecasting, budgeting and cash‑flow planning, giving the CEO and broader leadership team clear visibility around financial runway, risk exposure and commercial scenarios.

  • Deliver meaningful analysis and strategic financial insight, using data, modelling and scenario planning to inform executive decisions and shape the company's direction.

  • Prepare and present polished board‑level reporting, including management packs, KPI analysis and investor updates that convey performance trends with clarity and impact.

  • Oversee statutory accounting, tax matters and regulatory compliance, ensuring strong financial governance and timely, accurate fulfilment of all obligations.

  • Support ongoing capital and fundraising activities, producing high‑quality financial materials and maintaining constructive dialogue with investors when required.

  • Act as the primary liaison for external advisors, auditors, banks and other key partners, ensuring smooth coordination and continuity of service.
