Job summary

A rapidly scaling financial organization in the UK is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role involves managing complex diaries, facilitating communication with senior stakeholders, and preparing important executive documentation. The ideal candidate will possess proven C-suite experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume and ever-changing diary and inbox.

  • Support Board & ExCo meetings with agendas and action tracking.
  • Coordinate leadership events and meetings.
  • Manage domestic and international travel logistics.

  • Preparing executive documentation, board materials & leadership presentations
  • Supporting Board & ExCo meetings, including agendas, minutes and action tracking
  • Coordinating leadership events, conferences and company-wide meetings
  • Managing domestic and international travel logistics
  • Enhancing executive processes and supporting organisational efficiency
