An established healthcare provider in London seeks a Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist to join their Early Intervention Service. This role involves conducting specialized psychotherapy assessments and treatments for children with complex mental health issues while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This is a fantastic new opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic Child & Adolescent Psychotherapistwith a particular passion for work with the Under 5s to join a highly specialist Early Intervention Service for children, young people and their families in the Royal Borough of Greenwich .
The Early Intervention Team provides a thriving multi-disciplinary service offering a range of consultations, assessments & therapeutic treatments in both the community and at the main Greenwich CAMHS clinic. The work will involve a rich mix of both psychotherapy treatments for struggling families of Under Fives and Under Fives consultations, to support organisations to firmly hold the emotional development of infants and children at the heart of their work. You will join a highly experienced Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist in the EIT team.
Although the post will be based in the Early Intervention Team there will be opportunities to work across the service to enrich professional development.
The Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy team in Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is an established, active, diverse group that meets regularly, runs a journal club, holds an annual conference and welcomes innovatory ideas and collaborations.
