A leading healthcare provider in Rotherham is seeking an experienced mental health nurse to join their older adults ward. This role involves assessing patients' needs, delivering care autonomously, and providing leadership to nursing assistants. The ideal candidate will hold an RMN qualification, have experience in mental health, and be registered to practice in the UK. This position offers a permanent, full-time contract with a competitive salary range of £31,049 to £37,796 per annum.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us on our older adults ward, specialising in the care of adults experiencing mental health conditions, including dementia. We provide 24 hour care within our purpose built assessment and therapy unit, working within a multidisciplinary approach that optimises each individual recovery. We are a vibrant ward with an MDT focussed pathway including non pharmacological approaches. We are activity driven and promote person centred care which supports both our clients and their carers.
