Sales Executive

Role

Are you a high performing sales executive looking for a change and to progress further your career? Pembrook Resourcing are currently looking for a Car Sales Executive to join their client's sales department.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop prospects and work with individual customers to understand their needs, guiding them towards the most appropriate product and agreeing the sale.
  • Demonstrate suitable options to customers, understand and adapt to their buying strategy, and encourage product experience through test drives.
  • Agree the price, payment method, and any finance arrangements with the customer, working within company guidelines.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to assist the Group in achieving its aims and objectives.
  • Liaise with Sales Administration to ensure product availability fits customer expectations, place orders, update records and schedule any complementary services or additional work before delivery date.
  • Follow up each delivery with a personal call to confirm customer satisfaction and maintain ongoing relationships for future business.
  • Plan and organise daily selling activity, including contacting sales prospects (previous/existing customers or general enquiries) to obtain new business.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other teams across the dealership to provide a seamless service to customers.
