Job summary
A leading engineering services company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Technician to perform routine preventative and reactive maintenance on streetlighting assets. The ideal candidate will have experience in streetlighting operations, hold an ECS card, and possess a full driving licence. Qualifications
- Experience in the maintenance of Streetlighting operations.
- Possession of an ECS Card.
- Full Driving Licence required.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out maintenance and construction works as per the contract.
- Ensure accurate recording and documentation of work maintained.
- Carry out repairs to electrical equipment under guidance.
Skills
As a Technician, you'll be carrying out routine preventative and reactive maintenance on streetlighting assets on the Area 4 M&R contract.
- Carrying out maintenance and construction works in accordance with the contract
- Assisting with the implementation of the duties of the Principal Contractor under CDM
- Assisting with the completion of the maintenance programme ensuring accurate recording and documentation of work is maintained
- Ensure work is carried out in compliance with the relevant Quality Plans, Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Inspection and Test Plans
- Carry out repairs to electrical equipment and its supplies under the guidance of an Electrician
- Experience in the maintenance of Streetlighting operations
- ECS Card
- Full Driving Licence
