Contract Details

Location:Hybrid, London-based
Design, develop, monitor, and maintain integrations across 70+ systems.
Ensure high-performing, resilient services aligned with ITIL and industry standards.
Lead technical initiatives, contribute to continuous improvement, and maintain system security.
Translate business requirements into integrations and database solutions.
Provide technical advice at board, project, and working group levels.
Manage supplier relationships and contribute to service design and architecture.
Ensure compliance with business continuity, disaster recovery, and licensing requirements.
- Integration & API Management: MuleSoftMule 4, Anypoint Platform/Studio), DataWeave 2, RAML/OAS, REST/SOAP APIs
- Databases & SQL: PL/SQL, T-SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, database architecture and administration
- Programming & Scripting: JavaScript, Groovy; familiarity with Java
- Cloud & Platforms: Azure API Management, AWS API Gateway
- ITIL & Process Management: ITIL Foundation V4, ITIL Process Owner/Manager
- Technical Communication: Documentation, stakeholder presentations, workshops, cross-team collaboration
- Security & Governance: Vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, BC/DR compliance
- MuleSoft Certified Developer
- Source control experience
- Web development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, single‑page frameworks
- Microsoft Graph experience
- Knowledge of industry standards, data protection, and privacy legislation
- Experience managing large database environments across mixed technology stacks
