Job summary
A leading recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to manage new build residential projects in the Northern Home Counties. The ideal candidate will have experience with luxury town houses and hold valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications. This role offers a salary of c£45,000 plus package.

Assistant Site Manager – Northern Home Counties – c£40,000-£45,000 plus package DOE. A residential developer specialising in new build developments within the Northern Home Counties is expanding its site teams with an experienced assistant site manager.
- Assist the Site Manager in delivering new build residential projects on site from inception to completion.
- Oversee works on site in collaboration with the Site Manager, ensuring quality and programme adherence until handovers.
- Support on developments consisting of luxury town houses (2, 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms) and manage on-site coordination as required.
- Experience working for a residential developer on traditional build schemes comprising luxury town houses.
- Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certificates.
