Overview

Assistant Site Manager – Northern Home Counties – c£40,000-£45,000 plus package DOE. A residential developer specialising in new build developments within the Northern Home Counties is expanding its site teams with an experienced assistant site manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager in delivering new build residential projects on site from inception to completion.
• Oversee works on site in collaboration with the Site Manager, ensuring quality and programme adherence until handovers.
• Support on developments consisting of luxury town houses (2, 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms) and manage on-site coordination as required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working for a residential developer on traditional build schemes comprising luxury town houses.
• Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certificates.
