Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is inviting candidates to apply for the role of Oracle Fusion Developer. This position involves developing and testing Oracle Fusion HCM reports while ensuring alignment with business requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing Oracle Reports in OTBI and Oracle BI Publisher, a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM, and excellent SQL tuning abilities. The role offers a hybrid work model with 2 days required in Reading, and a pay range of £500 - £600 per day.

Overview

Harvey Nash is now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Oracle Fusion Developer.

  • Contract running until the end of April
  • Inside of IR35
  • £500 - £600 a day
  • Hybrid to Reading (2 days a week)
  • Must have strong experience in developing Oracle Reports in OTBI and Oracle BI Publisher.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and test Oracle Fusion HCM reports ensuring the alignment of application with business and project requirements.
  • Take ownership of the gathering and technical delivery of reporting requirements (both functional and non-functional)
  • Provide gap analyses of as-is and to-be reporting for HCM and how to address these gaps
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies of the HCM Reporting Workstream, mitigate, and manage these as required.
  • Produce a range of project documentation, including but not limited to specs, strategies, project plans, RAID items.
Mandatory Skills/Experience
  • Strong experience in Developing Oracle Reports in OTBI and Oracle BI Publisher
  • Strong functional knowledge in Oracle Fusion HCM (HR and Payroll), HCM Extracts.
  • Ability to build custom formulas, sophisticated reports, and dashboards within OTBI.
  • Excellent ability to do SQL query performance tuning.
  • Experience with scheduling report jobs and bursting BIP reports to end users.
  • Ability to demonstrate stakeholder management at most levels.
