Job summary
A reputable housing developer in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Buyer to ensure competitive procurement of materials and manage project specifications. The ideal candidate will possess significant housebuilding experience and have previously held a Buying role, with a strong knowledge of take-offs, schedules, and budgets. Qualifications
- Significant housebuilding experience required.

- Knowledge of take-offs, schedules, and budgets is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Ensure competitive procurement of materials as per project specifications.
- Administer and monitor Material Rebate claims.
- Prepare and monitor Contract Material Budget.
- Issue tender enquiries and analyze quotations.
- Prepare material schedules on Excel for supplier and site use.
