- Lead and manage all aspects of the Machine Shop's daily operations.

- Produce accurate quotations and manage customer expectations.
- Oversee work scheduling, resource planning, and team performance.
- Manage team timekeeping, attendance and appraisal/disciplinary matters.
- Drive quality and safety standards, maintaining the ISO 9000 QMS.
- Meet agreed delivery targets.
- Manage customers.

As the Machine Shop Manager of one of our high precision business units you will oversee all operations within a Machine Shop, ensuring smooth workflow, optimal resource allocation, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
