Role: Clinical Nurse Specialist

Location: Leeds

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time, 37.5hrs

Salary: £45,000 per annum including £3,000 car allowance

This is a fabulous opportunity to be an integral part of the amazing nursing services that we offer our clients and to make a real difference to the lives of our clients and clinical care team.

You’ll be working with our Clinical Carers and complex care clients within their own homes and supporting them to access the community. Ensuring our Clinical Team are suitably trained and competent to deliver the care needed. You’ll assess the risks and needs of the client to create an individual holistic detailed care plan. Part of the role involves telephone On-Call Duties.

Essential requirements
  • Current NMC registration to practice
  • Previous Knowledge and/or experience in working with children and adults in a complex care setting or community setting
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to be able to train clinical staff
  • Suitable for a Nurse Band 5/6 with evidence of effective leadership and management of carers
  • Full UK Driving Licence as this role involves visits to our clients homes and attending the local branch regular basis

  • Working closely with ICBs to establish and maintain bespoke care packages
  • Supporting our clinical team with ongoing training
