A leading healthcare provider in Pudsey is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with clients and support networks, design care plans, and oversee clinical training. Essential requirements include NMC registration and experience in a care setting. You’ll be working with our Clinical Carers and complex care clients within their own homes and supporting them to access the community. Ensuring our Clinical Team are suitably trained and competent to deliver the care needed. You’ll assess the risks and needs of the client to create an individual holistic detailed care plan. Part of the role involves telephone On-Call Duties.
