As a Senior Research Manager, you will be spearheading projects and nurturing client relationships, and supporting other members of your team. Your work will influence critical decisions in social policy, public services, and community development. This role demands a balance of creativity, analytical expertise, and robust project management skills.
A mixed methods researcher who has developed a career in the social research space, working with a variety of public and private clients, leading project teams, managing clients and ideally people.
- Designing and leading complex social research projects
- Developing proposals and developing strong relationships with clients
- Building and maintaining strong client relations
- Analysing data to create meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
- Mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of excellence
- Staying ahead of trends in social research methodologies and technologies
