Fabulous opportunity at our Your Move in Brighton as we are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager on full time permanent basis.

This branch is part of National Home Move who are a netw ork of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

• Competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) and Basic to be discussed depending on experience
• 4000 per annum car allowance
• Incentivised commission and performance bonuses
• A 5-day working week

As a Sales Manager your role will be to focus on the day-to-day running of the Sales team ensuring that all business objectives are achieved.

You will also be responsible for growing and developing the Sales instructions within the branch by generating and conducting Sales Valuation appointments winning and securing new instructions on properties to sell.

Your excellent people management and leadership skills will be matched by the ability to act as a role model to the rest of the team. Effective in delegation and time management you will achieve the objectives of this role to a high standard.

A full UK driving license is essential.
