- Designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications
- Building and maintaining Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Flows, and integrations
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical designs
- Driving best practices in Salesforce development, code quality, and release management
- Supporting ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation
- Contributing to the roadmap for future Salesforce capabilities and platform improvements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud)
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs
- Ability to design scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with platform best practices
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Admin, App Builder)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, or similar)
- Knowledge of modern DevOps practices
- Experience working in an Agile environment
