Are you a talented Salesforce Developer looking to take the next step in your career? We’re partnering with a leading organisation in the Manchester area that’s expanding its Salesforce capability and seeking an experienced developer to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact Salesforce projects, contribute to system architecture, and help shape a modern, scalable CRM environment. You’ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team where your ideas will be valued and your technical input will directly influence business outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications
  • Building and maintaining Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Flows, and integrations
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical designs
  • Driving best practices in Salesforce development, code quality, and release management
  • Supporting ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation
  • Contributing to the roadmap for future Salesforce capabilities and platform improvements
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs
  • Ability to design scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with platform best practices
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Desirable:
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Admin, App Builder)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, or similar)
  • Knowledge of modern DevOps practices
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
