Are you a recent graduate who is considering a career in teaching but not sure where to start? Do you want to gain experience in local schools who support your development? Tradewind are currently working exclusively with a range of schools in Luton, Houghton Regis and Dunstable who are looking for Graduate Teaching Assistants to join them in January for full-time positions. No prior experience is required but would be beneficial. Any candidates without childcare based experience will be invited to attend our 'TA School' which gives you a good understanding of your role within the school. For the strongest educators, this may lead to full-time employment with the school.
