Metallurgical Laboratory Technician

Due to expansion within our site at Cowdenbeath in Scotland, we seek an experienced Metallurgical Laboratory Technician to undertake the responsibility for the sampling of differing products and the completion of metal content testing within our laboratory.

You will be working in our on-site lab yet hand in hand with our Senior Lab Technician, the Netherlands Head Office Quality Control dept, with full technical support and on site back-up.

If you have previous laboratory testing, sampling and reprocessing metals industry experience (Overband Magnets/Eddy Current Separators) and are keen to be part of our on-site team at Cowdenbeath, we’d love to hear from you!

Must haves: Proven work history and relevant experience, a qualifications record, eye for detail, accuracy, health and safety and smart working practices, excellent admin procedures, full computer IT literacy, full clean UK driving license, flexible nature, strong communication skills, motivated team attitude.

Salary: Competitive salary, circa. £30,000
