About the Role:
As a Bartender, you’ll be a key part of the guest experience, crafting drinks with precision, sharing your knowledge with confidence, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You’ll bring energy, creativity, and a passion for service to every shift.

Please note that this role is expected to commence in early to mid-October.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and spirits with consistency and flair

• Engage with guests to provide personalised recommendations and memorable moments

• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar

• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient service

• Uphold Four Seasons standards while bringing your own personality to the role

What you bring:

• Strong bartending experience in a luxury or high-end restaurant environment

• Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktail techniques

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest interaction

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

• Proficiency in spoken and written English

• All candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK

Schedule and hours:

• This is a full-time position, contracted at 40 hours per week

• Typical working hours will be in the evenings, but flexibility is required to work day shifts

• The restaurant will be open 7 days a week. Candidates must be flexible to work mornings, evenings and weekends as required
