Job summary
A community care organization in Wales seeks a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support residents at a nursing home. The role involves providing high-quality care, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting independence. No prior experience needed as full training will be given. Salary is £12.60 per hour, and the organization values a good work/life balance.
Qualifications
- No previous knowledge of care required, but advantageous.
- Full training provided with a good period of induction.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and the highest standard of care to residents.
- Assist with daily living tasks including washing, dressing, and meal times.
- Promote residents' independence where possible.

- We are looking for a Healthcare Assistant to join our team who wishes to give the much needed support to our residents and the highest standard of care.
- Bethshan has an excellent name in Newtown for delivering the highest quality of care, as our care is second to none.
- Daily duties include; Washing, dressing, assisting with meal times and promoting independence where possible.
- Full training will be given with a good period of induction so no previous knowledge of care is needed, although advantageous.
Salary: £12.60 Per hour
