A national health organization in the UK is seeking individuals for a meaningful role assisting blood donors at donation venues. You will support donors throughout the donation process, maintain safety standards, and keep accurate records. Experience in customer service or healthcare is advantageous but not required. The role involves working a variety of hours, includingevenings, weekends, and bank holidays but no night shifts!
You will be working on a rota basis, but shifts will startat approximately 11:00am and finish at approximately 21:30pm between Monday andFriday. Currently the team do not work weekends. Bank Holiday hours may differ.

You'll be the friendly face that greets our donors, supportsthem through the donation process, and makes sure they leave feeling good abouttheir experience.
You'll also keep accurate records, handle blood productssafely, and ensure everything is set up for a smooth session. Plus, you'll getthe opportunity to drive our equipment lorry (don't worry, well give you fulltraining for that!).
It's a hands-on, active role with some lifting and moving,so you'll need to be comfortable working on your feet and as part of asupportive, close-knit team.

If you are shortlisted for this role, you will need to attend in person for a blood collection session tour so we can provide you with more in-depth understanding of this role. This will be followed by a face-to-face interview. We are unable to arrange virtual interviews or tours. Please also note that our travel policy does not allow for the payment of travel expenses.

The session visits to show you the work you will be doing will be available to attend on a variety of days between the 29 December 2025 and 6 January 2026.
Following that, the interviews are anticipated to be held on Wednesday 7 January 2026.
