The Senior Care Assistant - Bank role at Spencer House Care Home in Northampton involves supporting and working alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Responsibilities include monitoring resident wellbeing, person‑centred care planning, supporting with medication, staff supervision, and being a key point of contact for residents, relatives, and professionals.
