Join Ottolenghi’s Central Production Unit and kickstart your career in professional baking! We’re looking for a motivated Junior Baker to support the preparation, baking, and finishing of high-quality products for our restaurants while learning from an experienced team.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings according to our recipes
• Operate bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and laminators
• Ensure consistency and quality across large production batches
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workstation
• Support inventory management and smooth team workflow

What we’re looking for:

• Interest in baking and a willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Organised, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced production kitchen
• Team player with good communication skills

Working hours:

• You will work 5 shifts per week within our 7-day operating schedule
• Flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
