A leading bakery in Greater London is looking for a Head Pastry Chef to oversee pastry and dough production, manage staff, and develop innovative recipes. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of professional baking experience, strong leadership skills, and creativity in baking. This full-time role involves working 48 hours a week with early morning shifts. The salary ranges from £45,000 to £50,000 per year, depending on experience.
As our Head Pastry Chef, you will oversee all aspects of pastry, and dough production. This includes recipe development, production scheduling, quality control, inventory management, and staff training. The ideal candidate is both creative and detail-oriented, with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of artisan baking techniques.

Contract is for 48 hours, 5 days a week - with start times of 5 : 30am.
