We are actively shortlisting for a talented Head Pastry Chef to oversee the pastry operation across multiple high-end outlets within a flagship London property. This role carries full responsibility for the creation and production of desserts, sweets, amenities and cakes, delivered from a dedicated pastry lab.

  • Daily management of the pastry lab, ensuring efficiency, organisation and immaculate standards.
  • Training, mentoring and developing the pastry team.
  • Maintaining consistency, quality and brand standards across all menus.
  • Driving innovation, seasonality and menu development in collaboration with senior culinary leadership.
