- Nurturing and developing relationships with potential and existing customers
- Conducting effective vehicle presentations and test drives
- Meeting and exceeding set sales targets and KPIs
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends
- Collaborating closely with the sales team to maximise sales opportunities
- Ensuring the sales process is seamless, from initial enquiry through to delivery
- Demonstrable experience in automotive sales
- Proficiency in understanding customer needs and matching them with the right Mercedes-Benz product
- Exceptional communication skills
- An unwavering commitment to customer service excellence
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Valid UK Driving Licence, Proven track record in a sales environment within the automotive sector
