Job summary
An automotive company is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain equipment onsite. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic engineering, and be customer-focused. Key responsibilities include installing new equipment, providing training, and supporting the Technical Sales team. A valid UK driving license and a willingness to travel are essential. Qualifications
- Experience in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic engineering.
- Field service experience preferred but not essential.
- Health & safety aware with a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Service, calibrate, and maintain automotive equipment at customer sites.
- Install new equipment and provide start-up training.
- Support Technical Sales team in product demonstrations.
- Complete admin tasks and update the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to grow service, training, and repair business.
