- Leading national AV installation projects from planning through to execution
- Managing on‑site teams and subcontractors to deliver seamless installs
- Conducting detailed site surveys and specifying hardware & cable routes
- Delivering high‑standard first and second fix installations
- Supporting with AV programming (lighting/audio), testing, and handover
- Providing service support in line with SLAs for key blue‑chip clients
- 3+ years' experience in AV installation – confident on tools and on‑site
- Strong technical skills across LCD/LED displays, video conferencing, video over IP, matrix systems
- Familiar with control systems (Crestron, Q‑SYS, BI‑AMP) and networking fundamentals
- Comfortable leading teams and working in client‑facing environments
- Full UK Driving Licence required
- CSCS/ECS card
- IPAF & PASMA certifications
- First Aid trained
