Audiovisual Engineer (Project Coordinator/Administrator)

Location: Northampton, England

About the role

Are you an Audiovisual Engineer or similar, coming from a background within the Project Coordination/Administration sector or a related field, looking to join a well‑established, highly impressive company taking the Audiovisual sector by storm for over 30 years? Do you want to become a key member in a team of highly skilled sector specialists, offering impressive career progression and technical development opportunities, known for their highest level of service and workmanship in every project they undertake?

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for project support from initial conception through to completion.
  • Booking and management of crew and resources, creating and maintaining accurate technical and communicational documentation.
  • Developing and designing creative ideas for client events, including technical/project drawings.
  • Developing and maintaining key client relationships, ensuring projects meet company standards and client requests.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Managing projects from start to finish.
  • Liaising and building relationships with clients.
  • Travelling when required across the UK.
Requirements
  • Previous experience serving as an Audiovisual Engineer and within project coordination/administration.
  • Previous experience within Project Administration/Coordination/Management or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and communicational skills.
  • Full, valid UK driver’s licence.
  • Project Management experience within Audio Visual or similar.
  • Technical AV production knowledge or experience.
  • Willingness to travel and be out on the road when required.
