- Building relationships with customers to obtain necessary information.
- Creating marked-up drawings and ensuring bid compliance.
- Submitting bids in a timely manner.

- Receiving & unpacking tender documents and uploading onto the CRM.
- Liaising with suppliers & sub‑contractors to ensure works are priced correctly.
- Building relationships with customers and asking the right questions to get information.
- Being a strong, consistent and proactive point of contact for clients.
- Using initiative to spot trends, patterns and opportunities for new business.
- Creating marked‑up client drawings, rate build‑ups & ensuring bid compliance.
- Submitting bids in a timely manner to support the work‑winning process.
- Previous experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor.
- Experience in drylining, partitioning, plastering, rendering, façades is desirable.
- Professional, positive attitude with solid client communication skills.
- High attention to detail and great time‑management skills.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and understand operational delivery.
- Experience with the tender/bid management process.
- Highly motivated, deadline‑driven and adaptable to change.
- Salary of £40,000 to £45,000.
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
