Are you a proactive and intuitive Quantity Surveyor who’s all about the numbers and winning projects?

We’re seeking an engaging Quantity Surveyor, happy to liaise with customers to obtain the right information to provide realistic and insightful estimates. It’s an exciting opportunity with a specialist contractor that is making a difference in people’s lives and changing the industry!

Responsibilities

• Receiving & unpacking tender documents and uploading onto the CRM.
• Liaising with suppliers & sub‑contractors to ensure works are priced correctly.
• Building relationships with customers and asking the right questions to get information.
• Being a strong, consistent and proactive point of contact for clients.
• Using initiative to spot trends, patterns and opportunities for new business.
• Creating marked‑up client drawings, rate build‑ups & ensuring bid compliance.
• Submitting bids in a timely manner to support the work‑winning process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience in drylining, partitioning, plastering, rendering, façades is desirable.
• Professional, positive attitude with solid client communication skills.
• High attention to detail and great time‑management skills.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and understand operational delivery.
• Experience with the tender/bid management process.
• Highly motivated, deadline‑driven and adaptable to change.
