Apply today to work as a Project Co‑ordinator / Manager for our client, the world's leading refrigeration, commercial catering equipment and portable kitchen supplier.

Staffline in Marchington. This role would be working December and January only, at present.

The rate of pay is £16.50 per hour.

This is a full‑time role working fixed shifts. The hours of work are: 8am to 4pm.

Your Time at Work
  • Act as the main point of contact for all queries related to the project - both internally and externally.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders: Transport, Warehouse, Sales, Operations, and the Client.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and any issues are escalated and resolved quickly.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication logs.
  • Troubleshoot and solve to keep operations running smoothly, especially during high‑pressure situations.
  • Support with planning, scheduling, and prioritising workloads to meet project milestones.
  • Proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.
  • Ensure all systems and processes are followed correctly and efficiently.
