Responsibilities
- Lead the team to deliver an exceptional coffee experience.
- Oversee operations from stock management to in-store marketing.
- Monitor store KPIs and translate them into actionable plans.

- Overseeing all aspects of operations, from cash and stock management to Costa standards, policies & procedures to in-store marketing and more
- Monitoring the store KPI report and translating it into daily and weekly actions
- Managing, growing, coaching, supporting and delegating to the team – all that lovely people stuff

- Top notch customer service skills
- Supervisory/management experience and a background in hospitality or retail
- Barista Maestro accredited

- Adaptable and hands‑on, ready to multitask and support wherever needed in a fast‑paced environment
- Professional and polished, always presenting yourself in line with brand standards and ready for every shift
- Reliability to step into the Store Manager's shoes in their absence, Assistant Management and Barista experience
- Worked within a customer facing environment
- Worked in the hospitality/retail industry
